Flour and Sugar

Despite being in the midst of my exam period, I still found some time to bake. Blueberry and yoghurt crumble! Being the first cake I've ever made from scratch, I must say it was quite a success. The amount of sugar used was sinful! I'm still amazed at how easy it was and how nice and evenly the cake rose. Beginner's luck?

This site is great cuz it's australian, so you can find the ingredients easily in your local supermarkets! =)

I added more blueberries and pecans (almost double, if not more) than the recipe. Turned out wonderful, but it's entirely up to your own liking.

Baked another one today for a friend. Halved the ingredients (except for blueberries and pecans), and with a rectangular baking tin. I think I prefer rectangles/squares to the rounded ones. Hehe.
